The products will be shipped within 3-4 business days of the order being placed.
Due to the nature of the garments, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance (formerly called Kover), or unless the item was damaged upon receipt, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e. incorrect item is delivered, item delivered to address other than provided at the time of order, etc.). You can add Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund.

Each dress is made differently, please be sure to measure carefully; you are responsible for selecting your own size. A measuring guide to use as a reference may be found in the image's section. If you would like help to find the size, email us: sparklygowns@gmail.com
We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item including fabrics, seams, zipper, beads, rhinestones and etc. for defects, and we double-check the color, size, and quantity against the packing list for accuracy. However, in the event, the dress arrives at you in a damaged condition contact us by email at sparklygowns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we can arrange to send a return authorization (RAN) for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable. The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact.
Special Sale items / Clearance items are Final Sales, and they are not returnable/refunded/exchanged for any reason. No exception.
We do our best job to keep our inventory accurate. Occasionally certain products may sell out before we can fulfill an order. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you as fast as possible via e-mail or phone that you provide in your order.
