 Due to the nature of the garments, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges  unless the item was damaged upon receipt, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e. incorrect item is delivered, item delivered to address other than provided at the time of order, etc.). Y

We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item including fabrics, seams, zippers, beads, rhinestones, etc. for defects, and we double-check the color, size, and quantity against the packing list for accuracy.  However, in the event, the dress arrives at you in a damaged condition contact us by email at sparklygowns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we can arrange to send a return authorization (RAN) for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable. The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact.

 

 As of March 3, 2021, your credit card will not be charged until we double-check our inventory and determine if the item is available.

In the case of the girl dresses from the Celestial Collection, we need to double-check the availability of fabrics and laces.

After the verification, we will charge your credit card.

If your item is unavailable, we will void the order and nothing will be charged to your card.
